Hi, I’m Cole—a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC II), Certified Parent and ADHD Coach, and Therapeutic Consultant. My work is also shaped by my own ongoing journey of personal growth and self-discovery.
I began working in residential treatment in 2015, helping individuals and families affected by substance use find hope and healing. Since then, I’ve overseen adolescent and young adult programs, led admissions teams, and built relationships with behavioral health professionals across the country.
My personal and professional experience with neurodiversity has deepened my clinical work and expanded my focus to include coaching individuals and families navigating ADHD and other mental health concerns. After years of supporting families in crisis and helping them make difficult treatment decisions, I joined a therapeutic consulting firm, where I guide families in identifying the most appropriate level of care for their loved ones.
At the heart of my work is a desire to walk alongside people during challenging seasons—offering practical guidance, genuine hope, and greater clarity about the path forward. If you or someone you love is living with ADHD, addiction or family conflict, I invite you to reach out. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, the kind of support you need, and whether we’re a good fit. There’s no obligation to begin services.
I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

With more than a decade of experience as a clinician, coach, and therapeutic consultant, I understand that meaningful support is rarely one-size-fits-all. Depending on your family’s needs, our work may include counseling, coaching, treatment-placement guidance, or help coordinating therapeutic transport.
As an independent practitioner, I have the flexibility to look at the whole picture and create an individualized path forward. Clients value the time, personal attention, and broad knowledge base I bring to complex situations.
If you’re curious about what working together could look like, I invite you to reach out for a no-obligation conversation. Let’s begin creating clarity together.
