Hi, I’m Cole. I know what it’s like to be a person who gets in their own way.
After a series of experiences forced me to take an honest look at my life, I realized something needed to change. I sought professional help, listened to suggestions, learned new skills, and practiced a different way of thinking and living. I’m not perfect, but today I live with more clarity, calm, security, and direction.
That lived experience shapes how I work with clients—with compassion, honesty, and a belief that meaningful change is possible.
I earned my degree in Organizational Leadership from Lipscomb University, where I studied how systems, roles, and relationships influence the way people function. I later became licensed in Tennessee as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, Level II (LADAC II).
Since 2019, I’ve helped individuals and families understand the patterns of addiction and how alcohol, drugs, or compulsive behaviors can become ways of coping with pain, stress, trauma, or nervous system dysregulation. My goal is to help clients understand what’s driving the behavior—not just manage the symptoms—and find an empowering, individualized way forward.
Over the years, I also saw how often ADHD and addiction overlap. When they occur together, each can make the other more difficult to manage. In 2026, I completed specialized ADHD coach training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA).
My approach to ADHD coaching is strengths-based and focused on the whole person, not just the problem. I can help with planning, organization, impulse control, transitions, emotional regulation, getting started, and working memory—but our work goes beyond executive-functioning “tips and tricks.” The larger goal is to help you understand how your brain works and learn how you learn.
I believe addiction and mental health issues aren't created in a vacuum. Family relationships can influence both the struggle and the healing. To better support parents, partners, and family members, I earned my Parent Coaching certification through the Jai Institute for Parenting in 2026. As a parent of two children, this training has also transformed my understanding of attachment and what it takes to create a secure relationship while having hard conversations, setting limits and boundaries, and building resilience in children, teens, and adult children.
If you or someone you love is struggling with substance use, addiction, ADHD, or family conflict, I invite you to reach out. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, the kind of support you need, and whether we’re a good fit. There’s no obligation to begin services.
I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

Many families come to me after trying multiple interventions that never seemed to address the whole picture.
My work brings together trauma informed training, family systems and an ADHD lens to help my clients create lasting change across school, work, home and everyday life.
Instead of asking “What’s wrong with you?” we ask, “What are your strengths, what does your nervous system need, and what will help you move forward?”
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s helping you build healthier relationships, greater resilience, and practical tools that continue working long after therapy ends.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’d be honored to help you determine whether we’re a good fit.
