Cole Szabo, LADAC II
I’m a licensed clinician and certified coach who works with individuals and families navigating ADHD, substance use, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or stuck. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that most people aren’t struggling because they lack effort—they’re struggling because they haven’t been given the right tools, language, or support that actually fits who they are.
My work is rooted in a strengths-based, practical, and deeply human approach. I focus on helping people make sense of their patterns, build confidence in their ability to change, and create systems that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life. Whether I’m working with teens, parents, or adults, the goal is the same: to move away from shame and confusion and toward clarity, self-trust, and meaningful progress.
I believe change happens when insight is paired with action—and when people feel supported rather than judged along the way. My coaching style is collaborative, direct when needed, and always centered on what is most useful and doable for your real life, not just theory.
At Lucid Therapeutic Coaching, “lucid” means clarity. My hope is to help you see yourself and your situation with more clarity, so you can move forward with more confidence and direction than you came in with.
